(2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, 1 soap and 1 fabric softener, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish detergent, a few loads of pods for the dishwasher, and 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 soap (per bathroom).
We don't leave any kind of seasoning or food to avoid contamination.
Wash towels: In accordance with Airbnb's hygiene recommendations and COVID 19 guidelines, the WASH TOWEL is considered a disposable and personal item, so we recommend that you bring your own.
The other towels (bath towel, hand towel, and pool towel) will be provided and will be available at the house, in proportion to the number of guests staying.

- **Anonymous**: "The home looked presentable at first, but several dishes, placemats, and bathroom areas were not properly clean. The white sheets had small visible stains, the blankets were heavily worn, and all four beds had uncomfortable mattresses that made loud noises whenever we turned. The upstairs TVs were not smart TVs, and we were unable to use them.

I shared my concerns privately, but the host’s communication felt passive-aggressive, defensive, and dismissive. He focused heavily on why the issues were not reported immediately so he could “resolve” them. However, several concerns, including the worn bedding, uncomfortable mattresses, and unusable upstairs TVs, were not realistic quick fixes. We were also on vacation and spent most of our time out, not coordinating cleaners or maintenance visits.

Unfortunately, based on the cleanliness, comfort, amenities, and communication, I would not stay here again." (6/5)
