You will have access to the Club House featuring a resort style pool and lazy river, two water slides and a kids splash park. Kayak rentals, volleyball and golf are apart from the club house (you need to pay a fee to use it), are available for relaxing on the lake surrounding the resort. Enjoy the Tiki Bar while ordering your favorite food poolside. Save room for ice cream sundaes from the pool side Ice Cream Shop

Please note that the pool heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near 65F and below temperatures. No reimbursements or refunds provided for pool heat.

NOTE: This is a vacation home. We offer some complimentary supplies until you have a chance to purchase them. (2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, 1 soap and 1 fabric softener, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish detergent, a few loads of pods for the dishwasher, and 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 soap (per bathroom).
We don't leave any kind of seasoning or food to avoid contamination.
Wash towels: In accordance with Airbnb's hygiene recommendations and COVID 19 guidelines, the WASH TOWEL is considered a disposable and personal item, so we recommend that you bring your own.
The other towels (bath towel, hand towel, and pool towel) will be provided and will be available at the house, in proportion to the number of guests staying.

Pool Maintenance Notice:
The property includes a private pool, which is professionally serviced on a scheduled basis (typically once per week) during daytime hours. Pool maintenance is limited strictly to the exterior pool area and is required to ensure water quality and guest safety. No access to the interior of the home is required or performed.

By booking this property, guests acknowledge and accept that routine pool maintenance may occur during their stay as part of standard vacation home operations.
