NOTE: This is a vacation home. We offer some complimentary supplies until you have a chance to purchase them. (2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, 1 soap and 1 fabric softener, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish detergent, a few loads of pods for the dishwasher, and 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 soap (per bathroom).
We don't leave any kind of seasoning or food to avoid contamination.
Wash towels: In accordance with Airbnb's hygiene recommendations and COVID 19 guidelines, the WASH TOWEL is considered a disposable and personal item, so we recommend that you bring your own.
The other towels (bath towel, hand towel, and pool towel) will be provided and will be available at the house, in proportion to the number of guests staying.

POOL
Guest acknowledges and agrees that weekly pool maintenance is performed in the exterior pool area only, without prior notice, and may occur during the stay. The service provider accesses the Property exclusively through the exterior/rear yard area and does not enter the interior of the home. Such service is required for health, safety, sanitation, and ongoing maintenance purposes, in compliance with applicable health and operational standards.

By confirming the reservation and occupying the Property, Guest expressly accepts this condition and agrees that such routine exterior service shall not constitute grounds for complaints, refunds, credits, or cancellation.
