Our stay was fine. Nothing major was wrong and anything I needed Eduardo was quick with responding and solutions to issues. The home was nice. Clean and comfortable enough for the price.
multiple issues during our stay that materially impacted our family’s experience and fall short of Airbnb’s Guest Refund Policy standards for cleanliness, safety, listing accuracy, and essential amenities. This stay was intended to be a comfortable and functional environment for our family. Instead, several unresolved issues limited our ability to safely and fully use the property as advertised.
