Eduardo was extremely responsive. We had an issue with the refrigerator not cooling and they sent out a technician in a few hours and they replaced the Freon in the unit. The a/c was wonderful, worked very well. The couch was a little uncomfortable, sagging in the middle. But we were not there that much. The pool was lovely. The play area for the kids was a nice option but no bathing suits in that area which is right next to the pool. Wish the pool was open later than 9 to take a nice swim at night, which is the condo community and not the condo itself. Very good location and easy to get to the Disney parks. It had all the necessary appliances including a washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave - all worked well. The condo itself was better than the title said as being costly. I think small when I hear cosy and the rooms were of good size. Only strange think to note as there were Christmas decorations up in July.
