We recently visited for a week for our daughters’ vball nationals. We had two families staying and place had plenty of room for the all of us. Easy access to restaurants and shopping near by. We did run into an issue which was no fault of Eduardo as things do happen. Eduardo immediately was in contact with me and attempted to correct the issue. Eduardo was on top of it and when he realized the issue couldn’t be fixed, he offered another unit for us to move to. Sure it was inconvenient but we truly appreciated that he made sure to make things right. We will definitely reach out and stay again if we ever find ourselves in Florida again!
