SL 4959 - UV

There are some minor things that I think the host should have taken care of before. We arrived such as ripped up furniture that looked cheap. One of the beds was sitting on a boxspring on the floor. One of the bathroom sinks would not drain. We had issues getting in and out using the gate with the QR code. We were led to believe this was a house, not a townhouse and we were looking for a house. We arrived in we may do with it, but I think it should be clear in the information. Also, it was very difficult to find the community pool. I would give it a three out of five stars. It met our needs for the week we were there.

Overall the photos matched what we expected for layout and design. Definitely some items do show wear and tear. Little things like the baseboards weren’t clean (I am picky). But overall rooms were vacuumed, kitchen and bathrooms were clean. Very disappointing was that we notified Eduardo right away that the back pool door wasn’t locking. He asked if he could come and fix which we assumed would be done same day, it was not fixed until our last day there. For us this was an unacceptable safety issue. We ended up using a bro to try to keep door secure. Also one of the bedrooms light was out, it took a few days for that to fix. After reaching out a second time on the issue it was resolved. This was disappointed as we paid to feel secure and have things functioning while there. A quicker response time or at least updates (beyond our reaching out) would have been better.

My stay was absolutely amazing and very peaceful. Will definitely be back again. Thanks again
